I was involved in a hit and run and although the guys at Affordable Autocare couldn't repair my car (total loss- damage to framing & the damages>the cars worth) they were EXTREMELY helpful with all the advice/resources they provided, their communication, and patience with frustrating insurance agents. Adnan greeted me, walked me through the repair process/breakdown, and reassured fast, clear communication with insurance on my behalf. Mike was always there to keep me updated on repair estimates, all communication with insurance, and he gave me as much time as I needed to collect my things from my car as it was a bit emotional. I wish my Mitsubishi was salvageable considering it had a new transmission and I replaced & repaired a lot under the hood but I'm grateful I was referred to Affordable Auto works. 10/16/2025 Two days ago I was driving into my garage too quickly, not paying attention, and I snapped the right side mirror off of my 2007 Toyota Corolla. The next day I called 5 different collision repair shops and only 2 would give me a same day estimate, 2 were answering machines and did not return my call. Caliber Collision on Glenwood was a professional, huge operation and I felt like a little fish in the big ocean. I waited 10-15 minutes and the car was looked at. I got a quote, 15 minutes after I left, for $597. Later that afternoon, I called Affordable Auto Works, and a cheerful voice, Mike, invited me to drop by anytime,before 4 PM, for a quick estimate. On walking in, I was greeted with a smile and introduced to Adnan, the general manager who walked out with me and looked at the mirror (I had duck-taped in place). Back at his desk, he gave me a quote of $432. That's a great savings!! I paid a deposit up front, and brought my car back when it was convenient for my schedule. I was texted when the work would be done, that afternoon. When I arrived Adnan showed me the perfectly replaced mirror but my headlights were also made clear, my dashboard was clean, my mats were scrubbed clean, the car was completely vacuumed and the exterior was washed too! What!!! They went the extra mile! Can I give 10 stars. Adnan and Mike made the whole experience feel like meeting old friends. I don't want to need their services again, but it's great to know where to go if I do. Hurray! Exceeding Expectations!!! PS When you are driving on Capital Blvd., get in the left lane. You will drive over a small hill, brake gently coming down the hill. The driveway to AAW comes up quickly. You will pass it by if you're not deliberate. It's a one way, so you will have to circle back. Don't lose heart if you do circle back, it's worth the effort! (That's Adnan in the photo).

I have a 370z that I'm working on as my project car, and I wanted to get an aftermarket front bumper install. Of course, it's aftermarket, so I had to order the parts myself like you would have to do anywhere, and even through a few shipping mishaps on my manufacturers' end, AAW was super understanding. I talked to 7 body shops in the area and nobody was as flexible, kind, or affordable as AAW. I will 100% be back with any body work I want to have done. They did an amazing paint match and worked with me throughout the whole process, and I really can't stress how nice these people are. 100% recommend.

I unfortunately dented the lift gate, bumper and side panel of my wife's 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe. I got quotes from several body repair shops, including the biggest and most well known shops. Every single estimate I received stated that we would have to replace the entire lift gate with a new replacement gate. Then I got an estimate from Affordable Auto Works, and they were the only ones not requiring us to replace the entire lift gate. Their estimate was THOUSANDS of dollars less expensive than all of the other estimates we received. They did excellent work, and they did it at the price they quoted, thereby saving us a bundle. You cannot tell any damage was ever done to the car. The staff was very courteous, personable, professional and responsive. Hopefully, I will never need their services again, but if I do, I will be going to straight to Affordable Auto Works for the repairs and will be recommending them to all my friends and relatives that need auto body repair.

Don't waste your time going elsewhere to get quotes. I got quotes from two different dealers both were around $2700 which is crazy as hell! But ! at affordable auto Works the team there is great, wonderful unbelievable amazing and most of all down to earth..THANK YOU team, for making my ride look good again. I recently got my car repaired at affordable auto works after a side impact collision that involved the driver door, drive side rear door, and driver side rear quarter panel of my vehicle. Affordable quoted me over $6,000 cheaper than other shops I went to and the quality exceeded my expectations. They did a full detail before they returned the car and yhey even repaired a broken automatic mirror on the driver side that was broken a couple years ago when getting my windshield replaced at Safelite. They noticed it was broken while repairing the car and fixed it for free!

If I can give this auto place 10 stars I would. I had 2 other estmates and went to Affordable Auto to see if the cost and quality holds true to their name. They Aced it going over and beyond my expectations. The damage of my recently purchased 2022 CRV was severly damaged by carelessness on my behalf. I did not want to go through my insurance due to recently changing my auto insurance company upon purchasing my new vehicle. The Service Advisor, Adian, thoroughly inspected the damaged that required extreme dent and paint work. He was honest and did not address any unecessary damage only what he saw that was absolutely needed and what I felt comfortable with the repair prior to the estimate. The price was significantly cheaper than the other two estimates. I was worrried that the price quoted would commensurate with qualtiy of work. I was totally wrong!! The repair was prestined and CRV appeared brandnew upon completion. . I was kept updated on the repairs by Mike who is very professional, friendly and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised that when I picked up the vehicle after repairs completed, my CRV the exterior was polished, buffed, and fully detailed inside including, clean floor mats, dashboard polished, all interior and exterior glass sparkling clean unrelated to initial repair needed at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!. Honestly, my CRV was presented to me better than the dealership I purchased 2 months before the repair. Going over and beyond my expectations!. I was referred to them by Euro Motors which is 10 minutes radius of the collision shop. I learned that both are under the same management. i helped a girlfriiend by picking her up at Euro Motors and she was very pleased and satisfied with the mechanical repair on her BMW at Euro Motors. You may want to give them a try if you need mechanical work done. Both places speciaized in all types of vehicles in particular Eurpopean cars. Kudos to Affordable Auto Collision! Keep up the amazing work. If you have a high deductible and/or paying out of pocket, look no further and go to Affordable Auto. They hold true to their name on price, quality, professionaism and exemplary customer service. Only negative, if any, they are located on a very busy main route in Raleigh and you need to be quick to turn left from left lane to enter parking area; however they are easy to find and GPS is accurate on getting you there safely. Would highly recommend to my friends and anyone.

This is my first time writing a Google review, but AAW absolutely deserves it! I lightly swiped my car while backing out of the garage and needed some minor repairs. I had already gotten a quote from another body shop, but decided to check out AAW and I'm so glad I did. I worked with the owner, Adnan, who was incredibly easy to work with. He coordinated with my insurance and helped find a solution that fit my budget. In the end, the total cost was about a third of what the first shop quoted me. My car was involved in a sideswipe and I really didn't know the best body shops around. Google'd and went with Affordable Auto Works who worked with my insurance provider. Ever since the first ever conversation I had with Adnan, I felt confident about this whole process. He assessed the damages and gave his estimate of the cost and the final bill pretty much came around that amount. Also, he delivered the car on the exact date which he had promised before he took in my car. My friends at church said that the price was reasonable. This was a very easy, painless experience. I stopped by to see about their availability after I was rear-ended. Adnan instructed me to get in touch with insurance for my rental, and he would pencil me in for the following week. Adnan alsonstated about two weeks to return my vehicle along with some idea on repair and replacement areas.. I returned on 6/28 around 1 to drop my car off. Mike was at the desk and assisted me with the drop-off. It was as simple as handing over my keys. I had to wait on an Uber, and Mike was friendly enough to engage in my conversation. I called 7/8 to check on my car since they are closed weekends and we had a holiday in between. I was told my car would be ready 7/10. However, I received a call 7/9 stating it would be ready at 1. That was a 5-6 day turnaround! Adnan did a final walk around and explained the repairs. They even detailed my car, unexpectedly. I only had to sign over the check, which was provided by the insurance company. I appreciate not having to deal with the hassle with my car on top of medical, pain, and suffering negotiations. I can't comment on price since I didn't do price comparisons. But I can on professionalism and the expedient turnaround. And I feel my car looks great! Lifetime warranty on the work, too. Great work fixing father-in-law's beloved and somewhat rare 20-year-Thunderbird convertible for which the usual easy-to-fix bolt-on body are no longer available, not even used parts. Affordable did an excellent job of adding some extra metal backing, to strengthen the area, before they hand-repaired the fiberglass fender so well that it is even stronger than when the car was built. And the paint looks good, too, almost as if Grandpa's neighbor never backed his truck into it' !

The next day I turned over my 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse to them and they got it done within 2 weeks! We were astounded by the quality and the amount of communication they gave us. This crew does a high quality job. No hassle when I first wanted to get a quote. They offered the lowest quoted price (of 3 places) and said it would take 3 days (another shop couldn't take me until mid-March). Took maybe 15 minutes to get the quote. A few weeks later, I contacted them to get the job done (replacing a cracked front bumper). I had my rear bumper repaired and it looks better than when I got the car! The customer service from Miller was above and beyond. When we had problems getting a rental car through insurance she spent a long as it took to get me in line for a car, and when they had me scheduled 4 days or to get a rental she worked her magic and I got a rental in 2 days. She stayed in touch with me with updates until I was on the road again. The repairs took about a week when other shops couldn't get us scheduled for months. All of the employees were extremely helpful, but one went above and beyond. Her name is Miller. Because I have an older vehicle, it was very difficult to find the needed parts. Miller literally scoured the entire country looking for the part in an attempt to save me on the cost of having to order brand new parts from the dealer. Then when she finally found it, she drove to Fayetteville to pick it up this saving an additional 5 days of waiting for it to be mailed. There were other smaller details about my vehicle that I wanted to address and Miller was kind enough to get those items fixed as well and helped me by showing me a Video on how to fix an item on my own if I chose to. If you are looking for a place that will treat your prized possession with the type of care and attention to detail that it deserves then go no further. You have found such a place. Beyond the technical skills their greatest attribute might be the outstanding customer support that they deliver. Richard and Miller were always eager to answer any concerns and questions. Because of the car accident that we had most of our dealings were with Tevin. He was responsive and even called us from time to time to keep us apprised of the procedures and work that were being performed. He didn't just write up an estimate and walk away. He explained what was damaged, how it would be repaired or replaced and even did troubleshooting that was not originally noticed. His work and stewardship throughout the process was exemplary. In the beginning he explained how the insurance claim would unfold and what we could expect. His responsiveness never waivered. I can't say enough good things about him but just hope that if you need someone with his skill set that you are lucky enough to work with him. Our car is now returned and looks and operates better than ever. Although you wish that something like this never happened it is comforting to know that the people at Affordable are there to truly "have your back."

I had my 1985 BMW 735i painted at this business. They did an excellent job. They gave me a tour of the paint shop and made me think they would take good care of the car. The car's top coat was worn down with several dings and a cease. I had my doubts because the place is not fancy or elaborate. What made me give them 5 stars was the ease in which they fixed a small bubble on top of the car. Rarely is something this damaged fixed perfectly without a touch up. They brought the car in and I got it back several days later without any drama which is 5 star quality and integrity. I get thumbs up and positive comments where ever I go. A Trader Joe employee took a picture of the car for her husband. Several fraternity brothers admired the paint job and some thought it was original paint. I couldn't be happier with the paint job and the price.

After I was dealt a very minor fender-bender by another driver, my car was initially considered a total loss. The quality of the paint finish is better than the factory paint on my other BMW. In January of 2020, I purchased a one owner 2003 Lexus GS300 With 40k miles. It was in impeccable condition except for the Black Paint on the hood, roof, and trunk was in a very bad way. I learned later that the car was never garaged, and sat outside its whole life. I am not a fan of Black colored cars, and decided I wanted spend the extra money to get the car painted in an OEM Lexus paint called Black Cherry Pearl. I went to 5-6 of the higher rated Auto Paint shops in Raleigh, as well as Maaco. To my surprise, not many wanted to do the work, and only one was willing to re-paint more than the exterior. Bob, had two prices, one for just the exterior (would have worked if I kept the OEM Black color), and one where he said they would do the door jams and trunk in my new color choice. They do not paint under the hood, which was fine with me. Please note in the photo with the car door open shows how complete the new paint job is. It is basically impossible to see that this car was once black. There are two ?fish-eyes?, small areas that I will need to take back to get touched up, but I am very impressed and pleased with the quality of the paint job for my Lexus GS300.

I just bought myself my first luxury car and was so happy to take it down to the beach. Sure enough I dented it in a parking garage on my first road trip. The day I got home I called this establishment and was with a kind woman who got me in day of. I left my car with them and less than 48!!!! Hours I had my car back. I am torn, the work they do is amazing...but...they did want to charge me $5,000 just to change my already dark car ( midnight blue ) to an even darker color ( black ). The car has no damage on it at all so I was confused about the pricing. It was around $500 per door and the rest was $3,000. Overall the work they do is top-notch. But the price just isn't right for me during these times. Still I HIGHLY recommend them.

Amazing work and service! I had my first accident, a little fender bender. I also had some prior damage that I asked Bob for a quote on. He quoted me a deeply discounted rate because his team would already be painting some of the parts with the accident repair. I returned a week later to find the work had been done on time and under budget. They had also decided not to replace the front grill even though the insurance company had recommended it in their estimate. By avoiding that unnecessary repair Bob took $200 off my bill because he's an honest person. I never would have known the difference, so I was floored by this gesture. My daughter's Mini had a close encounter with a retaining wall, damaging the hood and fender. I decided to give Affordable a try based on Yelp reviews... a good decision. Bob (the owner) took a look and advised that he thought the damage could be repaired without replacing the hood - saving hundreds. Agree with all the positive posters below. Car was ready on time. Work completed to my specs and there was a small "Z" mark that was unrelated to the project which they helped to minimize its impact which was nice of Ed and team. My bumper had 3-4 spots where the impact happened and it looks like it never happened. They are not open Saturday but Ed agreed that they should forward their phones as some sites they are open on Saturday, like Yelp where I originally found Affordable which lives up to its name. I went to 3 places and it was half the cost of Coats who wanted to replace the whole bumper with a brand new one for nearly 1200.

Took my car in for an estimate late in the afternoon, got a good price for the work, ordered the bumper which came in the next day and the work was done the following day. It looks as good as new. I hope I have no more accidents, but if I do I'll be back. Great service, friendly professional staff.

My experience definitely deserves a 5-star rating. The pricing was talked through and very fair. My car was fixed and ready for pickup when it was promised, and also fairly quickly. The team did a great job replacing my bumper and the removal of a pretty extensive dent on the trunk. It looks as good as new!

My car recently had a stone bruise in the hood after I returned from a trip to NY. Since this was in the front of my hood it was very apparent plus it was down to the medal and I wanted it repaired to protect my car from rust. I remembered this shop painted my sons car so I gave them a call. They were able to get it in quickly. Though I signed a paper stating I could not expect perfection in the paint job that is what I received. The paint job was A1 perfect. If we ever need an entire car painted or just a spot job this is the go to place to have that done. You won't be disappointed.

Another Body shop claimed they couldn't do the work until January 14th 2019 (Really?) I was looking to get front end damage repaired for my 2012 Ford Focus. The high bumper of an SUV did no damage to it, but cleared the Focus bumper damaging the hood, grill, headlight and internal plastic parts. Bob not only gave an estimate but took the car right away and started working on it the next morning. Great communication and the car was done in a week. You would never know there was any damage ever. All parts replaced perfectly and paint blended with the rest of the car. Awesome job. Affordable is great and I now have a new goto shop for body work and auto painting. I could not be happier!!

Bob at Affordable Auto Painting and Body Repair is as honest and fair as they come!! Due to garage door incidents, I have now dealt with him twice in the past two years in order to fix my car. Both times, I felt very good about using his company to do the job! My car just got out of the shop yesterday and he and his "miracle workers" had my car looking better than it did before it's fateful meeting with the garage a couple of weeks ago. His price came in 700 dollars lower than a friend of mine in the business predicted it would be after surveying the damage. A friend introduced me to Bob and his company about 5-6 years ago for some minor body work on my (vintage :-) 2004 Acura RL. Brushed against a curb backing down the driveway on a work site. I was so impressed with the work I have since taken the car back a couple of times to have other minor repairs done and the car looks like brand new. He helped my daughter by repairing her truck after someone rear ended her. Bob has always delivered excellent work at a VERY fair price, and always delivered on time or early. Bob was able to see me within an hour of calling him for an estimate and he was able to accept my car for repair just as fast. Of the three top-rated body shops that I had estimates done for my car in Raleigh, Bob's shop had the most affordable option, with a guarantee and warranty on the work. Just before accepting a new job this month, I was rear ended while running an errand for a bedridden friend. The accident involved two other drivers behind me in daisy-chain fashion, and it took weeks, numerous phone calls, a few tears, and suffering some very questionable claims adjustor conduct, to get anywhere in the insurance process. Thank goodness I suffered no injuries and the damage did not affect my ability to drive, but the eventual quote estimated damage to be far more costly than anticipated. I found Bob and Affordable Auto through a quick Google search, and saw overwhelming support over the last several years. At the time I had resolved to pay out of pocket to expedite things, and took a trip down to the shop. Bob and his employees are real people. Bob is a very genial guy with a long tenure in mechanics, going back to his time with the Air Force. He is a no-nonsense businessman, who, because of his nature, experience and competent staff, has been able to support his venture without robbing his customers blind. I'm a young woman, and by virtue of this, people in the auto industry often do their best to take advantage of assumed ignorance. I'm also incredibly shrewd when it comes to my finances, chiefly out of necessity. For these reasons and more, I wholeheartedly appreciate my experience with Affordable Auto, especially at a time when I was under an inordinate amount of stress. Bob and the gal I'll call his 'right hand' (I'm so sorry I can't recall your name) answered all my questions and approached my anxiety with ease, and were able to get my vehicle back to me within two business days, washed and good as new. They saved me literally hundreds of dollars, plus an extra day towards a rental because they finished the job before their own estimate! They don't take credit cards over the phone, and Bob prefers a more traditional/conservative method about some things - but I can't say a single sour thing about him or the other folks I met. I get the sense the team runs like a family, and if you relax enough to engage them in conversation, you'll feel at home too. I'd recommend this auto shop to anyone with unexpected vehicular woes looking for a budget conscious option without feeling like a number or compromising on quality. The only other thing I'd mention to those considering them for body work: if using GPS, make sure to slow down about a half mile before you arrive - there's a sharp curve on Capital right before the turn, and you'll miss it if you aren't prepared. Excellent work. I had a long streak of scratches along the length of the passenger side of my 2013 Honda Civic. Not only did Affordable Auto make my car look like new (I have no idea how they got it to look so good) but they finished the work ahead of schedule. My insurance company said that my repair should take three days. Affordable Auto had it done in two, just in time for the Labor Day weekend. Ok, so, this shop does excellent work...The repair-perfect, but, more than the quality of the actual work is the apparent intention & desire to do just that. In 2017 people are always in a hurry-"get it done, get your money...and, get out of here", and then "next"! Have you noticed today no one looks you in the eyes when they are talking...? (Makes it difficult to ascess character.) Well, Brad does, and, he speaks to everyone with patience & respect. I was in the shop several times waiting my turn and this quality never wavered. I think i read about a thousand reviews of various Auto repair shops, and got 3 estimates but this one just stood out. They came in under the other estimates, were able to take my car in for repair quickly and had the work completed exactly as promised.

Affordable Auto Painting & Body Repair did an excellent job repairing the front bumper of our 335i BMW. The damage was limited to a very small area on the plastic bumper, and we were told by other shops that it could not be repaired and had to be replaced. We were prepared to replace it to ensure a quality repair, but when we learnt that a new bumper, as an unpainted part, was over $800, resulting in a total cost for the repair of about $1,600, we decided to check with Affordable Auto Painting & Body Repair. They told us they could repair it, for just over $700. After the repair there is absolutely no sign of the bumper ever having been damaged. It looks brand new. The service manager, Brad, was very professional and great to work with and lived up to everything he said he would do. The car was ready when promised, cleaned inside and outside. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs body repairs.

Had a really great experience, it seems like this place works on everything from old-fashioned muscle cars to nice, tech filled modern cars! Brought in my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee to do some light body work ( both my fenders had been slightly pushed out of place from a hit and run) and fix up several scratches on my paint job on the back left side. Brad was very communicative, and gave me a quote that was very fair. (came in a ridiculous amount under several of the other places on Capital Blvd that were not up front with me about how much the work would cost) and kept me up to date throughout the process. The paint color looks perfect, and the body work was just like nothing had ever happened! Got it done in a very timely manner as well. I will be recommending these guys to anyone that asks me to get body work done in the Raleigh area for sure.

My car had some special issues and not only did Brad jump thru hoops to get car done but also stayed 2 hours after closing so I could pick up car. Working with Bob and Afffordable Auto collision, I will never take my car anywhere else. The repairs that were "needed" from the other place, were in fact, not needed. Bob was true to his word, the work on my car is exceptional. I will refer Bob and his team to everyone!! I cannot say enough GREAT things about Affordable Auto Painting and Body! I had my car towed there after an accident based solely on the already good reviews. Bob, the owner, was so helpful during the week I was dealing with insurance claims before I actually could get the work done. He explained what the adjuster and agent would say, gave me tips to be better informed when I spoke to them, and always answered my questions. When the body work was finished, I couldn't even tell there had been an accident (the paint even matched perfectly!). He even offered to come in on a Saturday morning so I could have my car back two days early, for which I gladly baked him a batch of cookies. Bob really cares about his customers and doesn't hesitate to show it. Got into a wreck a couple of weeks ago and, after some research, decided to have my '09 Mazda3 taken here. Bob was so easy to work with and kept me updated on the status of my car. He also made sure to ask before making any other repairs that we hadn't already gone over. When I went to pick up my car I was awestruck; the car looked better than the day I bought it! Their paint jobs are of the highest quality (2 coats), and I couldn't even tell where they had repaired some hail damage the car had suffered. When I pulled up to this body shop, Bob came right out to greet me and gave me an estimate quickly and efficiently. He ended up replacing my side mirror, front bumper, and repainting my entire car for a very reasonable price. When I picked up my 2005 Nissan Sentra, I couldn't believe how clean it looked. My car had several small scratches and paint chips before bringing it to Bob's. When I saw my car after the work was completed, it was perfectly white again with no dings visible. Took my 1994 Ford Mustang convertible here after reading all the great reviews. Met with Bob who gave me a very quick and fair estimate to paint the car and to pop out any small dings. I also had them replace the front bumper and the windshield while it was there. Took about a week to get the car back but it was worth it. The car is beautiful and looks almost like brand new ! I don't post reviews often, but only do so when I encounter an exceptional business. I found Affordable Auto Painting through google and Angie's List reviews. As I recall, Affordable was the only paint shop to have 100% 5 star reviews, and a great sample size of 45 of them. I shopped around at another shop Econo auto body, which only did single stage paint (like Maaco), and they were trying to charge me almost as much as a 2 stage paint job that Bob had promised me. They did some body work to my 1996 Nissan 300x, stripped the old green paint, and painted it a beautiful ultramarine blue. It looks like it is pretty much new off the lot! I am extremely happy with the quality work they did and will happily recommend them to anyone. Looking at the website, the owner Bob only has a couple unclear pictures of his work. Those pictures do not do his work justice. If you go to his shop, and take a look at the example vehicles he has on premises, the cars are painted just as well as a car out of the factory. If I had a recommendation it would be to include a gallery of more cars he has painted before and after because pictures are a thousand words. But the reviews don't lie. I am really thrilled at the new life instilled into my older sports car and can't stop looking at it! Btw, his shop is a little hard to get to. We had to circle around a couple times. When you get to Capital Blvd stay on the left side at the fork. 100 ft after you will see a bright color sign that says Affordable Auto Painting. If you follow the GPS it might take you to another shop.

Affordable Paint & Body did a fantastic job repairing our 2014 Kia Optima. I was very impressed. We were referred there by a friend. Bob did the work for $800 in four days. Gerber Collission quoted $1600.00, with more than half of that being labor cost and told me it would take seven days. Bob also gave an estimate the same day I called him. Gerber and Collission 911 had to schedule appointments the next day and three days later respectively. If you need auto body work done do yourself a favor and use Affordable Paint & Body. Don't bother with those others.

My 1995 k1500 suburban has a junk yard hood and was used as a hunting\parts storage vehicle when i bought it. I was unhappy with the condition but with my first child and wanting to travel to see family in other states i wanted a big enough vehicle to cart the whole family (wife, child, and two dogs) around. Fast forward a year and I am ready for paint. I could have used another (cheaper route) but i wanted a quality job done on the exterior, and after I went to local body repair shops in my area I was not satisfied with the quality of the work compared to the price they were going to charge. I was recommended to Affordable Auto painting by a few people so I took a trip. After talking to Bob I was impressed with the quality and price of the job so I left it that day. I stopped by a day before I was told it was going to be ready. I was being nosy.....and it was ready. I saw the hard work that the employees where putting into my and the other vehicles that were there. So I came back on Saturday and looked over the vehicle and was not only impressed by the work I thought i only paid for but for the extra attention to detail that was put into the job, door handles were painted, wheel wells were painted, and little trim pieces around the car. The details were what made it. The people who detailed the car made the painter look good. Thank you to all the hard work that was put into this project and my family and I are looking forward to traveling in a good looking car.

Had my car painted with 2 stage paint (base-with-color+clear coat). I decided to repaint, because paint started to peel off all over(not because I had a accident or other type of damage). My car spent most if its life in south east florida (and not in the garage). It is now 17 years old, and I absolutely love my muscle car. I contacted several places in the area, and they had quoted the price that is essentially between 30-50% of the my car's trade in value. I found it absolutely ridiculous and can only be explained because most of them price-fix around how much a car insurance is willing to pay. Clearly those did not make any sense for me. I even posted on a local muscle car forums to see if anybody could advise on local shops, but I did not get any feedback. Then I found Affordable auto painting, called Bob, he asked me to come by to evaluate. Got a quote for the full two stage paint of the same original color, with 2 year warranty. The price was almost 50% below of any other quotes I received. Had my car back in 4 days, and it was just incredible deep shiny uniform paint. no details were missed. And I was just impressed with workmanship, price and speed. Highly recommend to anybody. I rarely write reviews, but this was too good of an experience, not to share.

When my husband backed into a tree with our Toyota Sienna, the bumper needed to be repaired. He suggested taking the car to Bob at Affordable Auto Painting and Body Repair. If you need an honest, affordable, excellent paint job, this is the place to go. My son needed his car painted, we attempted to do it ourselves, but the pressure was not good, and made the paint rough like an "orange peel". I left my car off with Bob and when I came back to pick it up I was pleasantly surprised with the job that he did spraying my whole car. I own a 2000 BMW 323I that had the appearance of a three toned vehicle. This car had multiple dents, scratches and body imperfections. For more than two years, I tried to find someone that would paint the car to my standards, and help me restore the vehicle to the level in which I could be proud. Finally, I took my car to Affordable Auto Painting of Raleigh, NC and I must say that I was blown away with the price, service and superior quality of work. I met the owner and he was as patient and informative as he could be. I live an hour and a half outside of Ralieh, and I made an appoinment to have my car painted there. One Saturday, I drove to Raleigh, but I was not able to get there before closing hours. The owner agreed to remain there until I arrived almost 40 minutes after closing time. He accepted my vehicle and we agreed on a most affordable price that no one had ever offered. In addition to the price, he also threw in a multi-year warranty for the work. Let's say that when my wife arrived to pick the car up, my car was so astonishingly beautiful and perfect, that I could not believe that it was the same car!!!!! Man, am I still blown away and impressed today!!! My wife had a friend drive her there to get the car, and she was so impressed that she made an appointment to have her car painted there also. All of my friends and co-workers who knew how imperfect my car was are now so impressed with the car, that they want to have their cars painted at Affordable Auto Painting of Raleigh. Affordable Auto Painting should seriously consider changing their name to Affordable, Professional Auto Painting of Raleigh, because even at the great price that I paid, I truly received a professional paint job at the most affordable price. We took our sons first truck, that he had restored himself, to Affordable. They were wonderful to work with. They explained the process to him and gave him a list of options so he could work the money he had. The truck came out super and now his 1988 F150 looks like a new vehicle again. The work was completed for the quoted price and was completed when promised. A super experience all around.

Almost too easy - I stopped in to get a quote on some damage to the side door and rear quarter panel of my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. The quote was so reasonable that I left it there right then. They called Enterprise for me so I could rent a car for the 2 days the repair was going to take. When I got the car back today, I was so impressed - looks brand new!!! These guys did an AMAZING job on my car! My car had extensive body damage, several dents and a big chunk taken out of the back bumper from a rear end collision. The quote they offered was very reasonable, and cheaper than what any other body shop had offered me in Raleigh. The quote included body repair work and a new paint job. My car now looks nearly brand new, it doesn't even look like the same car. My friend had her car repaired and painted around the same time, and the shop she went to charged more and kept her car for three weeks. Affordable Auto only had my car for three days and delivered exactly what they promised. I suggest being very gentle with your car the first few days after the paint job. My friend and I were careful even opening the door to our cars, because it takes a few weeks for the paint to completely dry. There is a small smudge on my door handle from when I forgot to be careful in the first two days. Overall, very reasonable rates, amazing work, and exemplary customer service!
